PRs and ‘Unable to queue Build’ with VSTS

This should never happen, but if it does…

Just go checking the PR settings to verify that there actually is a build linked!

    Thank you for this! The build definition showed up as a mysterious "Policy 7" so I removed it and readded my original build definition and it worked again!
